The Brief
This is a high-profile transformation role, created to drive the adoption of next-generation commercial capabilities across the business. Combining strategy, technology and commercial execution, you'll lead the implementation of new ways of working, build organisational capability and help teams make smarter, faster and more profitable commercial decisions.
Working closely with senior leaders across Commercial, Sales, Marketing, Category and Finance, you'll become a trusted partner responsible for ensuring transformational initiatives deliver lasting behavioural change and measurable commercial impact.
Accountabilities
- Lead the successful implementation and adoption of a major commercial transformation programme across the UK business.
- Drive engagement and behavioural change, embedding new tools, processes and ways of working across commercial teams.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to translate data, insight and advanced analytics into practical commercial decisions.
- Design and deliver capability programmes that build confidence and consistency across the organisation.
- Champion continuous improvement, ensuring commercial excellence becomes embedded in everyday decision-making.
- Measure adoption, business impact and value creation, providing clear updates and recommendations to senior leadership.

A Great Candidate Will Look Like
We're looking for an influential commercial leader who combines strategic thinking with exceptional stakeholder management and change leadership skills.
You'll likely have experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Commercial Transformation
- Commercial Excellence
- Revenue Growth Management
- Commercial Strategy
- Sales Capability
You'll also demonstrate:
- Experience leading large-scale transformation or capability programmes within FMCG, consumer goods or a similarly complex commercial environment.
- Strong understanding of commercial decision-making, including pricing, promotions, trade investment or revenue growth principles.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive adoption across cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, facilitation and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas and bring people on the journey.
- A track record of delivering measurable business outcomes through capability building and organisational change.
