Senior Compensation Benefits Manager
Location: London - 4 days a week in the office 1 day from home (Flexible Working Hours)
Package Guidance: £110,000 - £140,000 + Bonus & Benefits
We're partnering with an innovative and rapidly growing technology business within the gaming sector to appoint a newly created Senior Compensation & Benefits Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced international reward professional to shape and lead the company's global compensation and benefits strategy.
Operating across multiple regions, the business is looking for someone with proven experience designing and managing reward programmes internationally, with particular expertise across Africa, including South Africa. You'll play a critical role in ensuring reward practices are competitive, compliant and aligned with the organisation's ambitious growth plans.
The Opportunity
This is a broad and commercially focused reward position with responsibility for developing and evolving the company's compensation and benefits framework. You'll partner closely with senior stakeholders across People, Finance and Talent Acquisition to ensure reward programmes support business objectives while remaining competitive within the technology and gaming market. You'll have the opportunity to build upon existing frameworks, introduce best practice and drive continuous improvement as the organisation continues its international expansion.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the company's global compensation and benefits strategy.
- Manage annual salary review, bonus and promotion cycles across the organisation.
- Design and maintain salary structures, job architecture and compensation frameworks.
- Conduct market benchmarking and provide insight into emerging reward trends across key talent markets.
- Partner with senior leadership to advise on compensation decisions for critical and executive hires.
- Review and enhance employee benefits to ensure they remain competitive, commercially viable and aligned with employee expectations.
- Build strong relationships with external reward and benefits providers.
- Ensure reward programmes comply with relevant legislation and governance requirements across applicable jurisdictions.
- Deliver reward analytics and reporting to support strategic business decisions.
- Work collaboratively with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition and Finance to deliver a consistent and commercially focused reward approach.

About You
We're looking to speak with experienced reward professionals who bring both strategic capability and operational excellence.
You'll ideally offer:
- Proven experience developing and implementing reward strategies.
- Strong knowledge of compensation benchmarking, salary structures and incentive design.
- Experience managing annual compensation review processes.
- International experience, and exposure to Africa compensation and benefits would be great
