Your role at a glance

As our Senior Manager of Construction Scheduling you will be responsible for leading the regional scheduling function and will be accountable for the development, implementation, and performance of the overall scheduling program across the portfolio.

This role provides direct leadership to Construction Schedulers responsible for executing scheduling standards and controls on major capital construction projects and client fit-out initiatives.

The Senior Manager establishes and enforces scheduling requirements for General Contractors and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment with global standards and contractual obligations. The scheduling program spans the full project lifecycle from Initiation to handover. This role leverages data-driven scheduling benchmarks and historical performance metrics to inform long-term planning, capacity modeling, and capital program forecasting.

Additionally, the Senior Manager provides oversight, technical direction, and coaching to project teams to drive consistency, accountability, and predictable schedule outcomes across the region.

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Business, or Engineering
  • Several years of experience in construction scheduling, including baseline schedule development, critical path and variance analysis, earned value management (EVM), and forensic schedule analysis
  • Several years of experience in a people management role, with demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and manage the performance of both internal staff and contracted resources
  • Experience with Data Centers or high-tech construction projects is required
  • Fully versed in Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling requirements for complex construction projects, including development and governance of logic-driven schedules, critical path and float analysis, schedule risk assessment, and compliance with contractual specifications
  • Proficient in Primavera (P6) and Microsoft Project (MSP) scheduling software. Demonstrated ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications to analyze and evaluate contractor-produced schedules
  • Excellent analytical skills, creative thinking ability, and strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience reviewing Time Impact Analyses (TIAs) and recovery schedules to assess schedule impacts and proposed mitigation strategies
  • Ability to travel up to 25%

What you will do

  • Lead and manage a team of internal and contracted schedulers responsible for executing all scheduling functions, including establishing clear performance goals, defining deliverables, and aligning individual objectives with regional and global priorities
  • Lead the regional implementation of global scheduling initiatives by developing and enforcing comprehensive scheduling program requirements across all data center projects, including establishment of internal processes and controls, definition of contractual scheduling requirements for General Contractors, standardization of milestones and definitions, development of planning-level duration benchmarks, implementation of consistent KPIs, and oversight of project-specific CPM schedules
  • Manage and govern contractual scheduling requirements incorporated into General Contractor contracts, and train and coach project teams on proper implementation, compliance, and enforcement of those requirements throughout the project lifecycle
  • Develop high-level program and project timelines to support informed decision-making, scenario analysis, and executive-level planning
  • Develop meaningful scheduling key performance indicators (KPIs) that accurately reflect project progress at any given point in time, enabling clear visibility into performance against baseline
  • Produce management level reports to demonstrate schedule performance across the portfolio of projects
  • Develop E2E internal schedule to enable future projects and support the global governance efforts
  • Support speed-to-market initiatives by partnering with the Construction Team to identify schedule optimization opportunities and model alternative sequencing, phasing, and delivery strategies within project schedules to inform feasibility assessments and decision-making
  • Enforce the schedule change management process, ensuring impacts are properly analyzed, documented, and approved, while proactively identifying, communicating, and driving mitigation of schedule risks
