Senior Creative Director, Netflix Brand Creative Studio

The Team
The Netflix Brand Creative Studio is an in-house team of strategists, creatives, and producers who craft culturally relevant and commercially impactful campaigns. We develop and execute branded partnerships, aligning creative work with audiences, goals, formats, and scale—putting creativity at the core of our collaborations.
We partner with teams across Netflix to ensure our brand adds value and benefits from collective efforts, helping deliver meaningful partnership programs that entertain and engage billions globally.
About The Role
We’re seeking a senior creative with expertise in highly conceptual campaigns for brands across budgets and industries. This role will focus on:
- Developing and leading end-to-end creative for major partnerships (Brand Partnerships)
- Shaping Netflix’s creative direction as the studio grows
The ideal candidate will:
- Bring deep experience in concepting, scripting, socializing, and selling brand ideas
- Excel in both self-directed execution and mentoring others (from brainstorm to final output)
- Oversee global/regional brand partnerships and high-profile agency collaborations
Key Focus Areas:
- Ownership of creative campaigns for Netflix’s high-profile partnerships
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Partnerships, Marketing, Creative Strategists, and Production
- Pitch, develop, and execute engaging partner programs that boost awareness and viewer interaction
- Manage a direct report (current lead for UK Partnerships Creative)
- Shape creative direction for the studio’s future growth

Key Responsibilities
- Lead all phases of campaign creativity, from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with Netflix’s brand and partner objectives.
- Work closely with internal teams (Brand Partnerships, Creative Marketing, Title Managers) to gather insights, refine concepts, and steer creative direction.
- Develop foundational campaign frameworks that authentically reflect partner brands and Netflix’s original content strategy.
- Serve as both a collaborative mentor (for agencies, partners) and visionary driver in the creative process.
- Onboard new partners, introducing them to Netflix’s creative workflows and partner engagement practices.
- Attend partner meetings and oversee productions throughout their lifecycle.

Requirements
Experience & Skills
- 15+ years in a senior creative role within entertainment, advertising, or related marketing fields.
- Proven track record of award-winning work across diversified industries, including innovative and scalable creative solutions.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills—able to pitch bold ideas persuasively.
