Senior Creative – Netflix Brand Creative Studio

About The Team

The Netflix Brand Creative Studio is an in-house team of Strategists, Creatives, and Producers responsible for shaping culturally relevant and commercially rewarding brand experiences.

• Develops end-to-end creative programs across varied audiences, goals, formats, and scales. • Positions creativity at the core of brand partnerships, ensuring collaboration with advertisers aligns with entertaining the world. • Partners with internal teams for cohesive execution that mutually benefits every engagement.


About The Role

Netflix seeks a Senior Creative professional with expertise in highly innovative campaigns across different industries and budgets.

Responsibilities: • Own the creative direction for Netflix’s major brand partnerships with global, regional brands, and top-tier agencies. • Pitch, develop, and execute participating campaigns in alignment with partner marketing goals and Netflix’s brand objectives. • Manage relationships with creative agencies and presenter brands to ensure strategic fits and high-impact execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end creative campaigns showcasing Netflix’s uniqueness while meeting advertising partner objectives.
  • Extract insights from partners and internal marketing teams to shape and adjust creative visions from conceptualization to implementation.
  • Architect thematic foundations that marry partner brands with Netflix’s titans, enhancing engagement residuals.
  • Offer mentorship, guidance, and creative feedback to partners and agencies.
  • Introduce net partners and agencies to Netflix’s brand voice, aesthetic and workflow intricacies.
  • Organize cross-brand communication by attending partner meetings and productions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Brand Partnerships, Consumer Products Sales, Creative Marketing, Events, Public Relations).

Requirements

• 15 years’ identified experience as a Creative Director, Creative Strategist, or similar leadership in entertainment or genre-close advertising/marketing fields: proof must include award-winning work demonstrating diverse industry expertise. • Expert portfolio showcasing innovative campaign collaborations. • Exceptional presentation skills backed by polished communication abilities. • Passion for trendsetting—establishing scalable, unique content marketing programs remains core to this decision.
