About the Role

This role exists to shape the culture Sky needs for the future and ensure our people agenda works as one connected system in support of that ambition.

As Senior Manager – Culture & Integration, you will define the culture priorities that will enable Sky’s strategy and translate them into practical interventions that drive measurable change. Using insight, data and external thinking, you will identify where culture needs to evolve and help create the conditions for colleagues to thrive.

You will also play a key role in connecting the dots across the People agenda. Within the team, you will bring greater alignment across Culture, Talent, Performance and Early Careers. More broadly, you will work across the People team to ensure our priorities, practices and experiences reinforce the culture we want to create.

This is a unique opportunity to shape culture, help ensure our people practices work together to bring it to life and work flexibly across topics.

What you’ll do

  • Define and evolve Sky's culture strategy, building on progress to date and identifying the critical behaviours and mindsets needed to deliver business goals
  • Lead the delivery and evolution of culture initiatives, translating strategic priorities into measurable outcomes
  • Use colleague feedback, organisational data and external insight to identify strengths, risks and opportunities in our culture, track progress and inform action
  • Partner with People Partners and senior leaders to shape and embed culture through priority organisational change and transformation
  • Work across the People team to ensure our products and practices (e.g. leader development, joining Sky, performance, talent) consistently reinforce our values, desired behaviours and culture ambitions
  • Act as the integrator across Culture, Talent, Performance and Early Careers by supporting planning and alignment, connecting priorities, insights and activity to maximise impact
  • Partner with topic leads to bring together insights and create a clear, compelling narrative across Culture, Talent, Performance and Early Careers
  • Contribute flexibly across Talent, Performance and Early Careers priorities as business needs evolve

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
