Help shape the future of one of the world's leading media and entertainment businesses through the power of data.
We're partnering with a globally recognised media organisation to hire a Senior Manager – Data & Insights Strategy. This is a strategic leadership role where you'll work with senior stakeholders across Streaming, Product, Marketing, Commercial and Technology to turn complex data into actionable insights that influence business strategy, customer experience and commercial growth.
What you'll do
- Define and deliver enterprise-wide data and insights strategies.
- Transform complex analytics into clear, commercially focused recommendations for senior leadership.
- Develop KPI frameworks, executive dashboards and performance reporting.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer engagement, business performance and operational efficiency.
- Partner with Analytics, BI and Data Engineering teams to deliver scalable insight solutions.
- Champion a data-driven culture across the organisation.

What you'll bring
- Significant experience in Data Strategy, Business Intelligence, Analytics or Strategy Consulting.
- Strong commercial acumen and outstanding stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced SQL and experience with Tableau, Power BI or Looker.
- A track record of influencing senior leaders through insight and storytelling.
- Experience with Python, R or cloud data platforms is advantageous.
