Senior Manager – Data & Insights Strategy

📍 London | Hybrid (2 days per week)
📅 11-Month Contract (Strong Potential to Extend)
💰 Up to £375 per day (Umbrella) | £276.29 PAYE

Are you passionate about using data to solve real business problems and influence marketing strategy?

We're partnering with a leading global consumer entertainment organisation to recruit a Senior Manager – Data & Insights Strategy. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing digital marketing team where you'll play a pivotal role in transforming how data is used to optimise marketing performance across a diverse portfolio of consumer campaigns.

Working across multiple high-profile product launches each year, you'll combine technical expertise, analytical thinking and stakeholder management to deliver meaningful insights that drive smarter business decisions.

The Role

You'll act as the link between marketing, media and data, taking ownership of reporting, measurement and analytics capabilities while helping the wider marketing function become more data-driven.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop, maintain and enhance Tableau dashboards used across the marketing function.
  • Translate complex marketing requirements into scalable, data-driven solutions.
  • Design and implement marketing measurement frameworks to evaluate campaign performance.
  • Analyse digital marketing data to identify trends, opportunities and actionable insights.
  • Integrate new marketing data sources into existing reporting infrastructure.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and external media agencies to improve reporting and campaign effectiveness.
  • Support digital analytics initiatives, including website tracking and server-side measurement projects.
  • Champion best practice in data visualisation, reporting and insight generation.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve data quality, reporting processes and business decision-making.

About You

We're looking for someone who combines strong technical capability with commercial awareness and excellent communication skills.

You'll ideally have:

  • Proven experience in marketing analytics, digital insights or customer analytics.
  • Strong hands-on Tableau experience (or equivalent enterprise visualisation platform).
  • Experience analysing paid media and digital marketing performance.
  • A background within a B2C environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working within large, matrixed organisations.
  • A naturally curious, proactive approach with a passion for solving business problems through data.
