About The Role
This Senior Manager – Digital Product Solutions role sits within a growing team focused on delivering digital and AI-enabled products. The team works collaboratively across technology and business functions, building innovative solutions that address real client challenges.
In this role, you will shape product strategy, lead delivery, and work closely with senior stakeholders. You will have responsibility for driving programmes, supporting business development, and contributing to scalable operating models. The role is based in the UK with a mix of office, home, and client-site working.
We are looking for someone with strong product and technology experience who enjoys leading teams and working at the forefront of innovation. This is a great opportunity to combine leadership, delivery, and commercial impact in a fast-paced environment.

What Your Days Will Look Like
- You will play a key role in leading delivery and driving innovation across digital and AI products.
- Lead the delivery of digital and AI-enabled products across the full lifecycle.
- Collaborate with leadership to shape strategy and go-to-market initiatives.
- Manage teams and support development through coaching and feedback.
- Build client relationships and ensure successful programme delivery.
This Role Is For You If
- You have experience delivering digital or technology-enabled products end-to-end.
- You understand product lifecycle and delivery methodologies such as Agile.
- You have strong stakeholder management skills, including senior audiences.
- You have experience managing teams and supporting performance and development.
- You are comfortable working with cloud platforms and AI technologies.
- You contribute to business development, proposals, or account growth.
