Everyman: Marketing Partnerships Manager

This is a unique opportunity to sit at the heart of the UK film industry, developing strategic partnerships with studios, film distributors, streaming platforms, filmmakers and agency partners.

The Role

Reporting to the Marketing Director, you'll lead the development of commercial partnerships that secure premieres, pre-release screenings, influencer events, awards activations and other high-profile film events, enhancing Everyman's position as the UK's premium cinema experience while driving revenue growth and long-term industry relationships.

Working collaboratively across Marketing, Film, Partnerships, Private Hire and Operations, you'll deliver exceptional events that generate revenue, strengthen industry relationships and create unforgettable experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and develop long-term relationships with film studios, distributors, streaming platforms, PR agencies and awards partners.
  • Identify opportunities within upcoming film releases and developing creative proposals that add value for both our partners and Everyman.
  • Secure premieres, launches, influencer screenings, awards activations and other high-profile events.
  • Develop commercially successful event packages that drive repeat business.
  • Manage event enquiries from initial contact through to successful delivery.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless planning and execution.
  • Lead event production where required, ensuring activations are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standard.
  • Champion Everyman as the partner of choice for premium film events and industry collaborations.

About You

We’re looking for someone who combines commercial instinct with exceptional relationship building skills, with a genuine passion for the romance of film and creating irresistibly social experiences.

Ideally, you’ll have:

  • Experience working with film distributors, studios, streamers or within the wider entertainment industry.
  • A proven track record of building and maintaining senior stakeholder relationships.
  • Experience delivering premium events, launches or activations.
  • Strong commercial awareness and the ability to identify and develop new opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Outstanding organisation and project management capability.
  • A proactive, self-starting approach with the confidence to influence at all levels.
  • A genuine passion for film and the cinema industry.
