Job Title: Senior eCommerce Manager
Location: East Sussex | Hybrid (Minimum 3 days per week in the office – Monday, Tuesday & Thursday preferred)

The Senior eCommerce Manager will take ownership of the UK online trading strategy, driving commercial performance across an established and high-performing ecommerce operation. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders across Digital, CRM, Acquisition, Product and Content to maximise revenue, enhance the customer journey and identify new opportunities for growth. This role offers significant visibility across the business and provides a clear pathway towards future leadership as the digital function continues to evolve.

Role Highlights
- Lead the commercial performance of the UK ecommerce store, focusing on revenue, conversion and customer retention.
- Build and deliver annual and seasonal trading calendars, product launches and promotional campaigns.
- Analyse daily trading performance, identifying opportunities to improve conversion, AOV and customer lifetime value.
- Work collaboratively with CRM, Acquisition and Content teams to deliver commercially aligned campaigns.
- Mentor an Ecommerce Executive while contributing to wider digital growth initiatives including CRO, subscriptions and merchandising.
You Will Need
- Proven experience within ecommerce trading, digital trading or DTC ecommerce.
- Strong commercial and analytical skills with confidence managing ecommerce KPIs.
- Experience creating trading calendars, forecasting demand and merchandising online product ranges.
- Previous experience working within premium consumer, lifestyle or retail brands.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
