Senior Ecommerce Manager – Luxury Womenswear Fashion 5 days office based | East London


About the Role

An established international luxury women’s fashion brand, renowned for its modern design aesthetic and global customer base, seeks a commercially savvy Senior Ecommerce Manager to steward its digital growth. This high-visibility position directly impacts business performance. The ideal candidate thrives in a founder-led team, embodying collaboration, entrepreneurship, and a drive for growth.

You will oversee ecommerce operations—trading, optimisation, and digital performance—within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Your focus will deliver online revenue growth while ensuring the customer experience aligns seamlessly with luxury positioning.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive ecommerce KPIs: Own and escalate revenue, conversion rates, and average order value.
  • Paid digital marketing expertise: Profound understanding of Meta advertising and performance marketing metrics.
  • Data utilisations: Leverage Shopify, Google Analytics, and reporting tools to track site performance, generating actionable insights.
  • Strategic pricing & promotions: Develop markdown, pricing, and promotional tactics to balance margins and inventory objectives.
  • Content & creative leadership: Oversee e-commerce photography shoots and product launches, ensuring alignment with brand and commercial goals.
  • Trading & analytics: Lead weekly and monthly trading analyses, identifying growth opportunities and optimising commercial decisions.
  • Platform management: Maintain and enhance the Shopify platform to deliver a flawless customer journey.
  • Category & merchandising: Oversee category management and onsite merchandising to maximise sell-through.
  • CRO & UX improvement: Identify and implement conversion rate optimisation (CRO) and user experience (UX) enhancements for higher engagement and conversions.
  • Agency management: Coordinate external paid media and digital marketing agencies, ensuring strong ROI and performance delivery.
  • Team leadership: Support and manage a junior e-commerce assistant.

About You

  • 3–7+ years’ experience in ecommerce, digital trading, or performance roles, preferably within luxury or premium women’s fashion.
  • Essential skill: Ability to manage and challenge external digital agencies to meet performance targets.
  • Proven track record of driving e-commerce growth and conversion optimisation.
  • Technical prowess: Extensive hands-on experience with Shopify and e-commerce operations.
  • Commercial acumen: Strong understanding of digital trading strategies, margins, and online growth levers.
  • Agency agility: Confident in negotiating and pushing external partners towards optimal results.
  • Analytical & strategic mindset: Proactive and decisive, comfortable owning outcomes.
  • Fits cultural fit: Thrives in agile, lean environments, balancing strategic vision with practical execution.
