At AMD, we believe technology can change lives for the better. It can heal us, entertain us, and make us more connected, productive, and understanding of the world around us. And we’re looking for talent who feel the same: people who want to leave the planet better than they found it, those who don’t shy away from humanity’s challenges but are determined to help solve them.
AMD is powering the next generation of supercomputing, high-performance computing, cloud, and AI. Whether you’re designing next-gen processors, enabling AI breakthroughs, or creating go-to-market plans, every role at AMD contributes to something bigger — technology that moves the world forward.
THE ROLE:
AMD is seeking a highly collaborative and results-driven Senior Manager, EMEA GSI Partner Sales to drive partner-led revenue growth across AMD’s Enterprise business in the EMEA region through strategic Global Systems Integrator (GSI) relationships.
This is AMD’s first dedicated GSI sales role focused specifically on EMEA, created to accelerate pipeline creation, co-selling, and revenue realization through key GSI partners.
This role sits at the intersection of partner sales, enterprise account engagement, and regional go-to-market execution. You will act as the connective layer between AMD’s EMEA account teams and GSI partner sales teams—ensuring alignment, identifying opportunities, removing blockers, and helping accelerate joint customer wins.
The successful candidate will work closely with AMD’s Global GSI organization, Global Partner Development Managers (PDMs), EMEA sales leadership, and partner stakeholders to drive measurable revenue growth across AI, cloud, data center, and enterprise transformation initiatives.
This is a highly visible, quota-carrying individual contributor role on AMD’s Sales Incentive Plan (SIP), requiring strong sales execution, partnership expertise, and the ability to influence across complex matrixed organizations.
THE PERSON:
Does this sound like you? We’d love to talk!
You are a strategic sales leader with deep experience working with GSIs, enterprise customers, and partner-led sales motions. You know how to build momentum through relationships, orchestrate complex sales cycles, and drive revenue through co-selling.
You bring:
- Proven success in quota-carrying partner sales, alliance sales, business development, or strategic account roles
- Strong understanding of GSI business models and how GSIs drive revenue through consulting, services, solution development, and transformation programs
- Experience working with GSIs
- Strong executive presence and ability to engage both C-level and field sales stakeholders
- Ability to influence without direct authority across global and regional teams
- Strong pipeline discipline, forecasting rigor, and revenue focus
- Strategic mindset balanced with strong execution and urgency
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and collaboration skills

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
