About the Role

The Employee Relations Senior Manager serves as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on all matters related to workplace conduct, conflict, and compliance. This role owns the end-to-end employee relations caseload — leading impartial investigations, coaching leaders through complex people issues, and ensuring the organization's policies and practices are fair, consistent, and legally sound. The ideal candidate combines deep employment-law knowledge with strong judgment, discretion, and the interpersonal skill to de-escalate sensitive situations and build trust across all levels of the organization.

What You'll Be Doing

Employee Relations & Case Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters, managing a caseload of grievances, complaints, conflicts, and disciplinary issues from intake through resolution.
  • Conduct prompt, thorough, and impartial workplace investigations into allegations of misconduct, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and policy violations; document findings and recommend appropriate corrective action.
  • Advise and guide employees and managers on the interpretation and consistent application of company policies, procedures, applicable employment law and with guidance from the employment legal team.
  • Lead or contribute to organisation‑wide Employee Relations programmes and initiatives, including organisational change, redundancy and transformation activity involving multiple stakeholders.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
