The Opportunity
We are looking to recruit an experienced Equity Incentives Senior Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in equity incentives and share plans, gained within consultancy, legal firms, and/or large global corporates. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a broad range of clients and help deliver high-quality, commercially focused solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver equity incentives and share plan solutions to clients across a wide variety of industry sectors.
- Stay up to date with technical, functional, and industry knowledge — and actively share this expertise with the wider team.
- Support business development efforts by contributing to proposals and presenting to potential clients.
- Lead the successful delivery of technically complex and challenging consulting projects, ensuring both technical excellence and a pragmatic, business-driven approach.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, helping to win and sustain client confidence.
- Identify opportunities for new work and support the growth of client accounts.
- Proactively recognize and manage potential issues or risks during client assignments.
- Structure and manage projects or programmes that meet and exceed client expectations.

Skills and Attributes for Success
You’ll have:
- Significant experience in equity incentives/share plans gained in consultancy, legal, or large corporate environments.
- Strong personal impact and resilience, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated business development skills, including identifying and converting opportunities.
- A proven track record in project management and delivering high-quality work.
- A flexible, change-orientated mindset with the ability to adapt quickly, and an interest in technology and its role in the delivery of high-quality advice.
- Professional approach, able to establish credibility quickly and demonstrate deep expertise.
- Practical problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage data, deliver insights, and sustainable solutions.
- Focus on achieving project and programme goals effectively and efficiently.
- Ability to overcome challenges and remove barriers to progress.
- Experience delegating to junior team members and supporting their development.
- Strong collaboration skills, able to motivate and bring teams together to maximize performance.
- Ability to provide timely, constructive feedback — and actively seek feedback in return.
