Senior Manager, HR
The Senior Manager, HR will lead the Human Resources function for Chipotle across European markets, ensuring alignment with global HR strategies while tailoring initiatives to local regulations and cultural nuances. This role is responsible for driving talent acquisition, employee engagement, organizational development, and compliance, while serving as a strategic partner to the leadership team.
What You'll Do

Design and deliver HR strategies across the European markets
- Develop and execute HR strategies that support business objectives and growth across Europe.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent development.
- Develop KPI-driven reporting to ensure that our talent strategy lines up with our business objectives.
- Monitor monthly people performance metrics and build strategies that drive productivity and engagement with the business priorities.

Develop Senior Leadership and build a pipeline of future leaders at all levels
- Partners with Field Operations and Corporate Leaders to ensure the region is staffed and stable.
- Develop the resourcing strategy for the region for the field and support center.
- Develop the employer brand across multiple platforms to ensure we are set up for long-term hiring success.
- Guide Leadership on how to leverage talent management tools to ensure we are developing people properly and at pace in line with business growth.

Engage consistently with leadership to assess and coach on talent capability, potential, and development
- Drive the annual review process and ensure leaders are equipped with tools and the confidence to facilitate development conversations.
- Partner with Learning and Development to support professional development opportunities in the field and RSC.

Develop HR processes that drive a culture of accountability and compliance
- Champion a safe, respectful, and inclusive culture where employees thrive and model Chipotle’s purpose and values.
- Establish the link between front-line teams and executive leadership by bringing the people's perspective to the leadership table and building action plans that support our people and our business.
- Develop the HR Business Partner and Recruitment team to drive frontline employee and candidate experience.
- Partner with US COEs to support the business in the areas of ethics, compliance, and respectful workplace investigations.
- Support policy development and legal compliance in the HR space to ensure local best practice.

Drive strategic partnerships to enable business growth through people growth
- Use key business metrics and a solid understanding of business operations to develop tailored solutions and innovation.
- Stay curious and research best practices in learning, growth, and development to ensure our teams evolve in progressive ways.
- Leverage technology and data analytics to drive decision-making for Leadership.
- Coach, counsel, and guide Leadership regarding people interactions and project execution.
- Drive change management to deliver strategic initiatives.

What You'll Bring to the Table
- 10 years+ experience in an HR role.
- Experience in Change Management and Leadership Development in a global business.
- Flexibility & adaptability.
- Continuous improvement mindset.
- Resilience and the ambition to grow.
- BSc in HR management/Business-related field.
- Ability to travel once every 3-4 weeks within Europe (France and Germany).
