Senior Manager - FIS Integrity CoE
(Senior) Manager – FIS Integrity Centre of Excellence (CoE)
Join our growing team as a (Senior) Manager – FIS Integrity CoE, working remotely or hybrid from Europe or the UK, ideally from one of our existing office locations.
In this critical role, you will lead the implementation and enhancement of the FIS Integrity Treasury Management System (TMS) while helping establish and scale our Centre of Excellence (CoE) for the FIS Integrity product across the region. This is an exciting opportunity to combine treasury consulting expertise, technological leadership, and strategic business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead FIS Integrity TMS implementation projects across Europe
- Advise blue-chip clients on treasury technology strategy, vendor selection, solution design, and continuous improvement
- Build and scale the FIS Integrity CoE, including:
- Developing best practices
- Facilitating internal training and session formats (workshops, boot camps, training seminars)
- Fostering knowledge sharing within and across teams
- Serve as technical and strategic lead for treasury technology engagements, ensuring high-value client outcomes
- Manage and coach a cross-functional team of consultants and analysts across Europe
- Identify new business opportunities, expand project engagements, and support activities such as Request for Proposals (RFPs), business presentations, and stakeholder networking
- Proactively monitor and share industry trends in treasury technology, including advancements in TMS innovation, bank connectivity, and payment systems
- Steward client success stories and product advocacy efforts across the regional network
Ideal Candidate Profile
Technical & Functional Expertise
Strength in the following areas is essential:
- Proven FIS Integrity TMS implementation experience
- Strong Treasury Management System (TMS) knowledge, including:
- Treasury operations (payments factories, in-house banking, bank connectivity)
- SWIFT and its integration with TMS platforms
- A practical understanding of alternative TMS platforms (e.g., Kyriba, SAP, IT2, FIS Quantum) is a pleasant bonus
- Experience with corporate financing, cash flows, and risk management processes

Professional Experience
- Minimum five years in corporate treasury, treasury consulting, or technology-driven finance roles
- Experience working across European jurisdictions (recordings, taxonomies, and international regulations)
- Prior experience establishing Centre of Excellence structures or specialized service lines is advantageous
Leadership & Collaboration
- Demonstrated ability to lead scalable change and develop high-performing teams
- Self-starter with a profound entrepreneurial mindset, eager to grow our market footprint
- Active approach to continuous learning and aspiring to be a valuable thought leader
Soft Skills & Commitments
- Stakeholder management and client-facing negotiation experience
- Comfortable traveling across the region as required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (presentations, technical documentation, workshops)
- Willingness to participate in FIS Integrity coaching programs and judging client projects
