About the Role We are looking for a commercially minded Senior Manager, FP&A to join Brink’s and play a key role in shaping financial strategy and driving business performance across our European operations. This is an exciting opportunity to partner with senior leaders across multiple markets, providing insight, challenge, and guidance to support decision-making and long-term growth. This is a pan-European role, offering exposure beyond a single market, where you will help drive consistency, visibility, and performance across our regional operations. You’ll combine strong analytical skills with the ability to influence stakeholders, bringing clarity to complex financial data in a fast-paced, international environment. What You’ll Be Doing Lead and support the annual budgeting cycle, quarterly forecasts, and long-range planning across European business units Build and maintain robust financial models to support strategic initiatives, pricing, and revenue analysis across multiple markets Partner with operational and commercial leaders across Europe to analyse trends in revenue, costs, margins, and KPIs Deliver clear and insightful monthly and quarterly financial reporting to regional and senior leadership Identify risks and opportunities across the European portfolio, providing recommendations to improve financial performance Support strategic planning through scenario modelling and profitability analysis at a regional level Drive continuous improvement and automation across FP&A processes and reporting Collaborate closely with accounting to ensure accurate reporting and insightful variance analysis Mentor and develop FP&A analysts, fostering a high-performing finance team Ensure compliance with internal controls, governance, and corporate policies across multiple jurisdictions Why Join Brink’s? What We’re Looking For Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field 8+ years’ experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance roles Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and analysis Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP/planning tools (e.g., Oracle) Proven ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders across multiple countries Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex data Experience working in an international or multi-country environment Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Experience in multi-site environments (e.g., logistics, transport, cash management, or security services) is advantageous Experience working in a matrix organisation is a plus What Brinks Offers Competitive annual salary Company car/car allowance Annual bonus Various discounts and perks 23 days of annual leave What’s Next?
