Senior Manager - Global Market Access & Value Consulting - Remote
I'm looking for an experienced Manager who would enjoy a hands-on/SME managerial position in a growing firm that supports pharmaceutical, biotech, and healthcare clients in navigating global pricing, reimbursement, and market access challenges.
This role offers the opportunity to work across a broad range of strategic projects, helping clients maximize the value and accessibility of innovative therapies in key international markets, including the US.
Why Join?
This is an opportunity to join a highly regarded and steadily growing consulting team with a strong reputation across Market Access & HEOR. Partner owned and led, no PE backing, a culture of trust, flexibility, and high quality - one not to be missed!
What Sets This Opportunity Apart
- Consistent Growth: The business has delivered strong year-on-year growth and continues to expand.
- Excellent Staff Retention: Team turnover is notably low compared to the wider consulting market, reflecting a supportive culture, high-quality work, and genuine career development opportunities.
- Rewarding Compensation: Employees benefit from a history of strong and consistent bonus payouts.
- Collaborative Culture: Join a close-knit, high-performing team where senior leaders remain accessible and actively involved in project delivery and mentoring.
- Work-Life Balance: Unlike many consulting environments, the team has built a reputation for delivering challenging, high-impact work without an expectation of sustained excessive hours. Full flexibility around remote working and hours.
- Positive Employee Feedback: Candidates placed within the business consistently highlight the quality of leadership, supportive culture, flexibility, and personal growth as key reasons for long-term satisfaction and career progression.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
