Global Senior Account Manager – Condé Nast

Location: London, GB

The Role

We’re seeking a Global Senior Account Manager to partner with Sales, Global Revenue Marketing, and the creative team to develop, execute, and manage complex, multi-platform media campaigns across all sales categories.

You’ll be part of the Sales Strategy & Account Coordination team, a group dedicated to driving exceptional performance, business growth, and a collaborative culture. As a global team, you’ll work closely with colleagues across 31 markets worldwide.


What You’ll Do

Manage the entire lifecycle of global media campaigns—from briefing and strategy creation to media planning and execution.

  • Develop and maintain strategic, KPI-driven media plans tailored to campaign objectives.
  • Act as an internal and external consultant, educating sales teams, clients, and agencies on ad products, solutions, and media best practices.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Revenue Marketing, Digital Media Strategy, Production, Account Management, and Ad Operations to ensure seamless campaign execution and success across all platforms.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of Condé Nast’s advertising capabilities, including video, social, digital, and print.
  • Build and nurture strong working relationships with local market counterparts to align strategies globally.

About You

We’re looking for a strategic, agile, and people-driven professional with:

  • 5+ years’ experience in advertising, media, or agency planning/strategy.
  • In-depth knowledge of the digital media landscape and emerging trends.
  • The ability to problem-solve under pressure, thrive in ambiguity, and work flexibly.
  • Proven experience working in a global team environment (preferred).
  • Strong experience collaborating with external stakeholders (clients, agencies), as well as internal teams.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking ability.
  • A highly personable, collaborative spirit, with a knack for fast-paced environments.
  • Passion for Condé Nast brands—great if you’re already a fan!

You should also embody:

  • A curious mindset with a thirst for continuous learning.
  • Proactive enthusiasm—daily seeking to add value and take initiative.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
