Senior Manager - Information Management

Information Management Lead – Projects & Programmes

Mace combines construction expertise with consultancy to unlock potential in every person or project and redefine ambition’s boundaries. Our values shape how we consult and the kind of people we want to join us.

Our purpose is to redefine what’s possible through the power of construction, delivering exceptional project and programme outcomes across the built environment.

About the Role

Managing the Information Management (IM) discipline across projects and programmes, you’ll develop strategies, standards, and ISO 19650-compliant processes to support assured digital delivery.

You’ll act as the owner of IM outcomes, stakeholder relationships, and team leadership, providing project or programme-level IM leadership proportionate to scale and complexity.

Potential on-site attendance may be required depending on role.

Your Responsibilities

  • Define and deliver IM strategies, standards (including ISO 19650), and processes for client-facing projects and programmes
  • Establish and manage the project/programme IM function, ensuring alignment with strategy and standards
  • Train and coach project/programme colleagues on IM practices, fostering awareness and continuous improvement
  • Manage assurance and quality control of documents and artefacts submitted and stored
  • Provide leadership to a team (direct and indirect reports), ensuring structures, tools, and responsibilities support area plans and deliver excellence
  • Contribute technical and functional expertise to the global digital centre of excellence, including knowledge-sharing, processes, and case studies
  • Coordinate the set-up, implementation, and development of the Common Data Environment (CDE)
  • Collaborate towards the net-zero carbon transition, proactively identifying and managing emissions/reductions during work.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
