Introduction

Evident is an intelligence platform that benchmarks and tracks AI adoption across the financial services sector. Since the launch of our flagship product in January 2023, the Evident AI Index has rapidly become the global standard benchmark for AI maturity in banking.

The Evident AI Index forms the basis of our benchmarking products, which help companies to understand their ranking in relation to peers and to accelerate their AI strategy. The Client Services team, sitting at the core of Evident’s value proposition to clients, is responsible for delivering bespoke benchmarking analysis to clients and shaping the strategy of our benchmarking products.

Why join us:

  • We are index experts. Our Co-Founders Alexandra Mousavizadeh and Annabel Ayles have more than 30 years of experience building complex indices that drive positive change in the world.
  • We are building a cutting edge research team that uses the latest techniques in machine learning to build faster and better data collection and analysis tools.
  • We are backed by some of the world’s leading tech investors, including the backers of Revolut and the tech commentator Scott Galloway, and have built a network of advisors that includes the Global AI Lead at AWS, Mastercard’s President of Cyber & Intelligence, Ocado’s former CTO, the former CCO of the Alan Turing Institute, the Chair of the UK Government AI Council and the former Head of the UK Government Office for AI.

If you are interested in advancing your career at a fast-growing, innovative and impact-driven company, you can read about Our Values and Our Commitment to Responsible AI. Our commitments to diversity and inclusion are set out at the end of this job description.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

The Role

We are seeking high-calibre consultants with experience advising insurers, ideally around AI adoption, AI maturity, transformation or enterprise-wide technology strategy.

Working with C-suite decision-makers at some of the world’s largest insurance organisations, you will work to elevate our private benchmarking products that help assess how effectively AI is being adopted, identify the capabilities required to advance, and shape group-wide strategies.

You will also provide evidence-based insight into where AI investment can deliver the greatest commercial and operational impact, while helping clients benchmark their progress and accelerate their journey towards greater AI maturity. This role will play an integral part in developing Evident’s insurance methodology, proposition and broader growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the design and refinement of our AI maturity framework for insurance and reinsurance.
  • Further develop our indicators, scoring methodologies, and maturity models across (re)insurance lines of business and functions, and maintain/update to reflect emerging AI trends, new business models, and sector-specific developments.
  • Execute methodological frameworks to produce reliable, high-quality benchmark outputs, including the review and evaluation of AI use cases submitted directly to Evident.
  • Leverage insurance sector and AI subject matter expertise to deliver client sessions, including to C-suite stakeholders.
  • Support wider buildout of Evident’s insurance offerings, including development of additional products and thought leadership.
