Role Overview

As the Senior International Trading Manager at SKIMS, you will be instrumental in shaping the digital presence of our brand outside of our domestic market. Leveraging your eCommerce expertise and commercial acumen, you will own the regional site trading strategy to achieve business goals. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams (global site merchandising, planning, analytics) to understand financial targets and prepare online strategies to achieve these goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own regular reporting and deliver actionable insights for key international markets with primary focus on the EMEA region.
  • Analyse merchandising and financial performance to drive CVR, AOV, UPT, increase top-line revenue and support long-term global product strategies.
  • Identify market-specific commercial opportunities to optimise local inventory sell-through.
  • Build a local calendar of trading events to meet the needs of the market and maximise sales.
  • Manage the lifecycle of products on site, from merchandising strategy, cross-sells, discoverability, to product retirement.
  • Collaborate with CRM and Performance Marketing to support traffic driving activities.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align campaign execution across regions.
  • Monitor and optimise product assortment, pricing and availability across markets. Partner with Planning & Merchandising teams to align financial targets with buying and assortment strategies.
  • Collaborate with Planning & Data teams to ensure accurate forecasting and demand planning for our international business.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, tailored appropriately for each region.
  • Oversee localisation efforts, including content adaptation, and cultural relevancy.
  • Manage and develop one direct report.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • 5 - 6 years of eCommerce, Merchandising or Trading experience
  • Fluent in merchandising analytics and storytelling – high proficiency in Excel is essential
  • Skilled in digital merchandising, promotional planning, and on-site optimisation
  • PowerPoint, Looker, Shopify experience preferred
  • Strong collaborative, communication, and project management skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and able to manage across multiple projects & deadlines simultaneously
  • Confident, assertive, and persuasive team player, able to build strong relationships across internal teams
  • Adaptability to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility in working hours to accommodate business needs and collaboration with US teams
  • Ability to travel to a central London office three days a week
