Why OutForm?
We are an experienced consulting team, focused on delivering business transformation, sustainable results, and creating an environment for our team and our clients to flourish. We have a passion for building long-lasting relationships with our clients and our team. What makes our team unique is that we truly collaborate with our clients, understanding their needs, building trust, and earning respect by amplifying results in a way that creates a platform for growth. Our team is built on trust and empowerment, and we are proud of our success to date.
We are looking for a Senior Manager to lead complex client engagements across Ireland and the UK. This is a senior, client-facing role for someone who can combine strategic thinking, strong delivery leadership, commercial awareness, and relationship management to shape solutions, deliver sustainable outcomes, and support the continued growth of our consulting proposition. Experience in Asset Management and working within complex operational environments will be highly valued.
At OutForm Consulting (B Corp Company), we believe transformation should empower people, not overwhelm them. We’re also proud to be a certified B Corp, which means we put people and the planet first in everything we do.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead complex client engagements from shaping and mobilisation through to delivery and measurable outcomes.
- Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and act as a credible advisor on delivery, transformation, performance improvement, and Asset Management challenges.
- Provide leadership to engagement teams, setting clear direction, supporting high-quality delivery, and developing colleagues through coaching and feedback.
- Support clients in improving delivery performance, operational effectiveness, and decision-making across complex business environments.
- Strengthen service delivery capability through knowledge sharing, continuous improvement, and the development of repeatable tools, approaches, and intellectual capital.
- Manage delivery performance across scope, plan, quality, risk, and commercial outcomes, ensuring work is delivered effectively and in line with client expectations.
- Contribute to account growth and business development through opportunity identification, proposal support, and the development of strong client relationships.
- Champion OutForm’s standards, culture, and ways of working, while contributing to internal practice development and the wider growth of the business.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
