Reddit is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead a team within our Large Customer Sales organization in the UK market. In this role, you will mentor and support Client Partners and Client Account Managers (CAMs), helping agencies and advertisers achieve their marketing goals on Reddit’s dynamic platform.

Location: London, United Kingdom (in-person role)


About the Role

As Sales Manager, you will drive revenue growth by expanding strategic partnerships with leading brands and agencies. Your leadership will foster a high-performing team, elevate Reddit’s presence amongst key decision-makers, and deepen understanding of digital media trends.

This is an opportunity to shape go-to-market strategies, champion sales initiatives, and build enduring client relationships while representing Reddit’s interests at the highest levels.


Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Growth

  • Actively coach, develop, and lead a team of Client Partners and Client Account Managers.
  • Responsible for recruitment, retention, and performance management to build a high-performing sales team.
  • Provide strategic guidance on account planning, partnership growth, and commercial execution—ensuring the team meets revenue targets.
  • Align team strategy with UK business objectives, advocating for client-centric solutions internally.

Client & Stakeholder Relations

  • Cultivate executive relationships with high-value agency and advertiser clients, acting as their trusted advocate for Reddit.
  • Represent Reddit in the UK market, fostering partnerships with some of the world’s largest brands and agencies.
  • Bridge the gap between client needs and product development, translating market feedback into actionable revenue opportunities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including Enablement, Measurement & Insights, Creative Strategy, Business Development, Marketing, Sales Ops, and Finance.
  • Advise senior leadership and product teams on market trends, positioning, and strategic planning.

Revenue Growth & Strategic Execution

  • Drive revenue expansion by managing complex, multi-line-of-business partnerships.
  • Craft data-driven strategies to exceed performance benchmarks and support client goals (both brand and direct-response).

Essential Requirements

  • 10–15+ years of experience in digital media sales and/or marketing, with a focus on paid social.
  • 3+ years of people management experience within a sales environment.
  • Proven track record of mentoring and developing talent, with an emphasis on fostering career growth.
  • Deep expertise in digital media landscapes, including negotiation strategies for direct advertiser partnerships.
  • Exceptional communication skills and executive presence, with the ability to engage with C-suite and decision-makers.
  • Strong analytical prowess to translate market and client insights into high-impact business opportunities.

Preferred Qualities

  • Startup or high-growth company experience.
  • Experience working with alternative ad formats, DSPs, and native advertising beyond traditional paid social.
