Hybrid working (3 days a week in the office) | Offices are all around the UK (including Birmingham, Bristol, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Leeds, London, Manchester & Newcastle) | £80,000 - £90,000 + Car Allowance
The Company hiring a Senior Manager
A leading global professional services organisation is seeking a Senior Manager to join its growing Legal Transformation & Technology Consulting team. Working with both law firms and in-house legal departments, this role will focus on helping clients modernise legal operations, improve efficiency, implement legal technology solutions and adopt AI-driven ways of working.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced consulting professional with expertise in legal operations, legal technology, transformation, process improvement or AI-enabled change programmes to work on high-profile projects across the UK legal market.
Key Responsibilities of the Senior Manager
- Lead complex transformation programmes across law firms and in-house legal teams, managing end-to-end engagements and acting as the senior point of contact throughout delivery.
- Advise senior stakeholders on legal operating model design, legal technology strategy, AI adoption and broader legal transformation initiatives, building long-term trusted relationships.
- Drive business development activity by developing client relationships, identifying new opportunities, contributing to proposals and supporting revenue growth across the practice.
- Manage and develop consulting teams by providing leadership, coaching and mentoring while fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
- Shape market-leading propositions through thought leadership, innovation and the development of new service offerings that address evolving client challenges.

Skills & Attributes of the Senior Manager
- Legal transformation expertise gained within consulting, legal operations, legal technology, professional services or a closely related environment.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience advising senior leadership teams within law firms, legal departments or other professional services organisations.
- Technology and AI knowledge including legal technology platforms, process improvement methodologies and the practical application of AI within legal service delivery.
- Commercial and business development capability with a proven track record of winning work, managing client relationships and contributing to practice growth.
- Leadership and project delivery experience with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, lead diverse teams and successfully deliver complex change programmes.
