Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for driving operational efficiency and maximizing gaming revenue through data-driven insights and innovative optimization strategies
- Leverage advanced data analytics and data mining to extract constructive insights and identify performance drivers across all table games and slot machines
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports for supporting casino-related strategic decisions and providing recommendations to optimize casino performance and drive revenue growth
- Monitor market trends and analyze the competitive landscape to identify lucrative revenue opportunities and emerging player behaviors
- Work closely with casino operation teams and workforce planning team to ensure the efficient use of casino labor resources
- Collaborate closely with marketing analytics team to ensure all analytics are aligned and support integrated decision-making
- Assist in implementation and development of casino-related technology innovation and systems
- Assist in implementation and utilization of BI & data mining software
- Assist in all business planning, forecasting, and budgeting of casino business segments

Job Requirements:
- 5 years of relevant experience in casino analytics and yield management operations
- University degree in relevant fields
- Fluent in spoken and written Chinese and English
- Advanced data & BI-related skills including SQL Server SSRS, Python, SAS, Tableau, Data Mining/Modeling
