What the role is

You will lead and deliver organisation-wide organisational development (OD) and employee engagement initiatives to support HSA’s transformation journey and desired organisational culture. You will partner stakeholders across the organisation to design and implement people interventions that strengthen employee engagement, change readiness, internal communications, and corporate social responsibility efforts.

What you will be working on

  • Partner stakeholders across the organisation to design and implement organisational development initiatives that strengthen staff engagement, wellbeing, internal communications, and corporate social responsibility efforts.
  • Design and implement staff engagement and feedback strategies, including facilitating staff dialogue sessions, conducting organisational diagnosis, and developing people practices that foster positive employee experience and desired organisational behaviours.
  • Integrate and analyse data from multiple employee touchpoints to develop a holistic view of staff engagement, generate insights, monitor outcomes, and support continuous improvements in engagement initiatives.
  • Develop and implement change support approaches for organisational initiatives, working closely with stakeholders to help staff adapt effectively and to embed sustainable outcomes.
  • Serve as secretariat to the HSA Recreation Club, where required, providing coordination and administrative support.
  • Contribute to internal corporate communications, including participation in the in-house editorial and design team for the publication of the staff newsletter.
  • Undertake other projects and duties, as assigned.
