Job Description

Hilton is seeking a Senior Manager of Marketing Measurement & Effectiveness to drive the evolution of our measurement capabilities across EMEA. This role will define how we assess marketing and loyalty performance, embed a culture of experimentation and evidence-based decision making, and drive greater commercial impact from our marketing investments.

Responsibilities

What will I be doing?

This role sits at the centre of marketing, loyalty, and media teams and will play a critical role in ensuring marketing effectiveness is understood, measurable and continuously improving across the EMEA region.

As a Senior Manager of Marketing Measurement & Effectiveness you will be responsible for performing the following tasks:

  • Act as the regional subject matter expert for marketing effectiveness and measurement.
  • Define and lead the EMEA marketing effectiveness roadmap, establishing the frameworks, capabilities and priorities required to advance measurement maturity across the region.
  • Oversee the design, maintenance, and quality of the EMEA measurement infrastructure (frameworks, channel measurement solutions, advanced modelling like MMM, Attribution & Incrementality testing).
  • Influence senior stakeholders on investment decisions through data-driven insights.
  • Drive adoption of best practices in experimentation, incrementality testing and marketing translating insights into actionable recommendations that improve marketing performance.
  • Deliver clear, commercially focused performance analysis that connects marketing activity to business outcomes and informs future investment decisions.
  • Work closely with marketing & loyalty teams to define brand and commercial trading targets, help solve marketing challenges and champion marketing to the wider business.
  • Translate complex data into clear recommendations, partnering with stakeholders to drive implementation and measurable business impact.
  • Leverage Marketing Mix Modelling insights as part of measurement and effectiveness reporting to ensure teams understand the outputs and recommendations.
  • Manage and oversee marketing mix program including management of agency partner, development of key business questions and annual roadmap.

Qualifications

What are we looking for?

To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:

  • Proven experience leading marketing measurement and effectiveness programmes within a complex, multi-channel environment.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, including advertising, promotion, pricing, sales data, media planning and buying.
  • Experience of developing and implementing ways of working and improved process.
  • Able to analyse complex data sources to produce concise performance recommendations.
  • Working knowledge of media and marketing, ideally across all offline and online channels.
  • Experience working with media platforms such as Google, Meta, and TikTok, with familiarity in their testing and measurement capabilities is advantageous.
  • Experience of working with multiple markets, such as the UK, Germany, UAE & KSA.
  • Strong analytical rigour combined with curiosity, attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving.
  • Proactive, inquisitive and personable nature.
  • Expertise in Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM), including roadmap development, agency management and translating outputs into business decisions.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and communicate complex analytical concepts in a clear, compelling way.
  • Previous experience of analysing advertising creative & content.
