This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Manager, Marketing Operations, Data Intelligence & Automation based in United Kingdom.
This role offers the opportunity to lead the evolution of global marketing operations through data, technology, automation, and AI-driven transformation.
You will shape the systems and strategies that enable smarter decision-making, stronger marketing performance, and measurable business growth.

Accountabilities
As Senior Manager, Marketing Operations, Data Intelligence & Automation, you will own the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of global marketing operations capabilities. You will lead teams, optimize technology ecosystems, and leverage data and AI to improve marketing effectiveness and business performance.
- Lead and develop a global Marketing Operations, Automation, and Analytics team while defining and executing the overall operational strategy.
- Partner with marketing leadership and business stakeholders to drive data-informed decision-making and operational excellence.
- Own marketing analytics, reporting frameworks, dashboards, and business intelligence initiatives to deliver actionable insights.
- Develop and optimize marketing attribution models, funnel performance tracking, lead management processes, and ROI measurement strategies.
- Manage and evolve complex marketing technology ecosystems, including integrations, automation platforms, and transformation projects.
- Ensure strong data quality, governance, and alignment across marketing and sales systems.
- Establish reliable data foundations and reporting processes that support business growth and performance visibility.
- Drive AI-enabled marketing initiatives focused on automation, personalization, forecasting, reporting efficiency, and improved customer engagement.
- Translate complex analytical findings into clear recommendations that support strategic decisions.

Requirements
The ideal candidate is an experienced marketing operations leader with strong expertise in analytics, automation, technology platforms, and transformation initiatives. You should combine strategic thinking with technical understanding and the ability to influence global teams.
- 5+ years of relevant marketing experience with at least 2+ years of leadership experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or Marketing Technology.
- Strong expertise in marketing automation, analytics, attribution, funnel management, and performance measurement.
- Experience managing complex MarTech ecosystems and technology integrations.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce and marketing data architecture.
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and data visualization skills.
- Ability to transform complex datasets into clear business insights and recommendations.
- Experience leading large-scale transformation initiatives in global environments.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled marketing solutions and automation strategies.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution and operational delivery.
