About Rolling Minds
Rolling Minds is an award-winning experiential agency specialising in food and beverage-led brand activations.
We create unforgettable experiences that bring brands to life through exceptional food, drink and live experiences. From immersive product launches and large-scale festivals to conferences, VIP hospitality, roadshows, sampling campaigns and bespoke brand activations, we deliver experiences that people genuinely remember.
We've partnered with some of the world's biggest brands, combining creativity, flawless execution and operational excellence to deliver campaigns that leave a lasting impression.
As we continue to grow, we're looking for an exceptional Business Director to help scale the agency, grow the team, develop long-term client relationships and play a key role in shaping the future of Rolling Minds.
The Opportunity
You'll work closely with our team to drive the growth of Rolling Minds, leading our marketing strategy, generating new business opportunities and nurturing long-term relationships with clients, brands and agency partners. This is a marketing-first role, with opportunities to support the sales team and contribute to new business growth.
Success in the experiential industry is built on creativity, trust and genuine relationships. It's about understanding what clients need, building a strong reputation and creating marketing and sales activity that delivers measurable commercial results.
We're an ambitious, fast-paced team that genuinely cares about the work we produce and the experiences we create. We're looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership, thrives in a collaborative, but busy, environment and wants to play a key role in the continued growth of the business.
This is a varied, hands-on role. One day you'll be planning and delivering marketing campaigns, developing content and analysing performance throughout our organic and paid campaigns; the next you'll be identifying new business opportunities, meeting prospective clients, attending events, developing proposals with the wider team or supporting on-site brand activations. No two days are ever the same.
As Rolling Minds continues to grow, you'll help shape our marketing and sales function, introducing new ideas, improving processes and identifying opportunities to increase brand awareness, generate leads and strengthen client relationships. If you're commercially minded, proactive and excited by the opportunity to help grow one of the UK's most exciting experiential agencies, we'd love to hear from you.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
