We're Civica and we make software that helps deliver critical services for citizens all around the world. From local to state government, to education, to health and care, over 5,000 public bodies across the globe use our software to help provide critical services to more than 100 million citizens.

Our aspiration is to be a GovTech champion everywhere we work around the globe, supporting the needs of citizens and those that serve them every day. Building on 21 years of continuous growth and success, we're at a pivotal point on our journey to realise that aspiration.

Why you'll love this role of Senior Manager of Enterprise Applications

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager of Enterprise Applications to lead one of the most significant business transformation programmes within Civica.

This is a rare opportunity to join at the beginning of a global NetSuite transformation, taking ownership of the platform as it is implemented across the business. Working closely with NetSuite implementation partners, business stakeholders, finance teams, and technology functions, you will ensure the solution is configured effectively, delivers business value, and supports Civica's future growth.

You'll have the opportunity to build and lead your own team, shape processes from the ground up, and become the strategic owner of a business-critical enterprise application that will underpin our global operations for years to come.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the Product Owner and strategic lead for Civica's NetSuite platform
  • Partner with implementation providers to ensure successful configuration and delivery of the solution
  • Lead the ongoing development, governance, and optimisation of NetSuite across the organisation
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions and vice versa
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Finance, Technology, and operational functions
  • Lead enterprise application projects through the full software development lifecycle
  • Drive Agile delivery practices, including sprint planning, prioritisation, and stakeholder engagement
  • Establish and lead a high-performing Enterprise Applications team
  • Manage platform enhancements, releases, integrations, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support the global rollout and adoption of NetSuite across multiple business areas

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
