About the Role
Join a growing Crisis and Resilience team helping organisations prepare for, respond to and recover from disruption. As a Senior Manager – Operational Resilience & Crisis Management, you will lead high-profile resilience, crisis management and business continuity engagements, with a particular focus on financial services clients and other regulated organisations. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to strengthen resilience capabilities, navigate regulatory expectations and protect important business services.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex challenges, building trusted relationships and leading teams to deliver meaningful outcomes. Hybrid working and client-site travel may be required.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Operational Resilience, crisis management, business continuity and resilience transformation engagements.
- Advise senior stakeholders on resilience strategies, regulatory expectations and preparedness activities.
- Design and implement resilience capabilities, including service mapping, impact tolerances, scenario testing and remediation activity.
- Support organisations in strengthening crisis management, incident response and business continuity arrangements.
- Lead multidisciplinary project teams, overseeing delivery quality, risks, budgets and milestones.
- Facilitate workshops, exercises and executive discussions to support informed decision-making.
- Build and maintain trusted client relationships while identifying opportunities to grow the practice.
- Coach and develop team members, supporting a collaborative, inclusive and high-performing culture.

The Skills and Experience We’re Looking For
- Strong experience delivering Operational Resilience programmes within financial services or another regulated industry environment.
- Experience in business continuity, crisis management, incident response or resilience transformation.
- Knowledge of UK Operational Resilience regulations, DORA or related resilience frameworks.
- Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and translating complex resilience requirements into practical business solutions.
- Ability to manage complex projects, programmes or workstreams across multiple stakeholders.
- Experience facilitating workshops, scenario testing, exercises or senior-level discussions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including clear reporting and executive-level presentation materials.
- Experience leading or developing teams and supporting business development activity.
