What You’ll Do
You’ll drive EMEA customer experience excellence as a self-starter in Operations Strategy. Key tasks include:
- Leading high-impact customer-facing projects to overcome pain points
- Uplifting daily operational workflows through strategic interventions
- Applying data-driven insights to target problem spots
- Ensuring cross-functional alignment to create measurable outcomes
(Location: Based in London)
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include:
- Strategic initiatives: Identify and execute high-value projects boosting customer experience and operational efficiency
- Cross-functional leadership: Drive day-to-day optimizations across Operational functions, balancing speed and rigor
- Data-driven analysis: Leverage SQL/R/Python and business intelligence (BI) tools to inform action plans
- Stakeholder involvement: Collaborate with leadership and teams to align on solutions, often resolving issues at the leadership’s discretion
- Reporting & governance: Track and communicate project progress, risks, and dependencies to leadership
- Ad-hoc projects: Resolve sudden operational or support challenges, conducting in-depth root-cause analyses as needed
Who You Are
(Minimum qualifications: essential for consideration. Preferred qualifications are a plus but not mandatory.)

Minimum Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in fast-growing tech startups, management consulting, or equivalent operational strategy roles
- Analytic mastery: Proficiency in SQL / R / Python with experience in BI tools (advantageous)
- Agile problem-solving: Strong ability to analyze complex issues and propose actionable solutions
- Stakeholder influence: Superlative ability to influence cross-functional teams toward desired outcomes

Compensation Range: £90,000–£150,000
