My client is the independent London, UK entity of a global Advisory firm (Not Big 4). They are growing their Financial Services Consulting Practice (40 FTE) and their Resilience and Supply Chain SME is at a pivotal moment. They are already established in a leading position in certain sectors within Financial Services. They are deepening their offerings in operational resilience, business continuity, crisis management, IT resilience, and supply chain risk management. Therefore they are looking for a Senior Manager with this expertise to lead and shape the next phase of our growth.
In this crucial role, you will be a trusted senior practitioner, providing resilience expertise that their clients rely on, while also guiding their delivery teams to maintain high-quality standards and foster professional development. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include developing and implementing comprehensive operational resilience strategies tailored to the unique needs of their clients.

You will be expected to build your own pipeline (a strong UK FS network is vital), presenting to executives and board members alongside the Director, and adapting their service propositions as the market evolves. This will involve leveraging your strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, such as the PRA and FCA guidelines, to ensure compliance while also driving innovative solutions that enhance resilience.

Requirements:
- An excellent academic background plus experience of working for a recognised consultancy at Manager/Senior Manager (ideally a boutique consultancy working with the FS sector in Ops resilience, business continuity etc), are essential.
- Proven experience in operational resilience, business continuity, and crisis management within the financial services sector.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to resilience and risk management.
- Experience in leading teams and managing complex projects, with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
*Starting salary to £120,000 + £5,500 car/cash + full bens + bonus + hybrid working (2 days in office).
