Senior Manager in Oracle Fusion ERP Administration

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager in Oracle Fusion ERP Administration to support and optimise our Oracle Fusion ERP landscape across multiple countries.

This is a key role focused on ERP operations, governance, and system performance, working closely with global IT teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

ERP Administration & Operations

  • Administer Oracle Fusion environments (DEV, TEST, UAT, PROD)
  • Manage user access, roles, and security configurations
  • Monitor system performance and ensure operational stability
  • Oversee configuration and migration activities (FSM)

Security & Access Governance

  • Maintain roles (job, duty, and custom roles)
  • Ensure Segregation of Duties (SoD) compliance and audit readiness
  • Manage data access across Business Units, Ledgers, and Legal Entities
  • Support user provisioning and access controls

Release & Change Management

  • Coordinate Oracle quarterly releases and patching cycles
  • Lead impact assessments and regression testing
  • Align with IT governance and change processes
  • Work with functional teams to ensure release readiness

Integration & Data Management

  • Monitor and troubleshoot integrations (OIC, APIs, FBDI)
  • Support data uploads and corrections

Job Scheduling & System Monitoring

  • Manage ESS jobs and batch processing
  • Investigate failures and performance issues
  • Conduct system diagnostics and log analysis

Incident & Support Management

  • Troubleshoot functional, technical, and security issues
  • Support hypercare during go-live and stabilisation phases

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP administration
  • Strong knowledge of:
    • Security models (roles, data access, SoD)
    • Integrations and data tools (FBDI, APIs, OIC)
    • Job scheduling and system monitoring
  • Experience in:
    • Production support and incident management
    • Release and environment management
  • Experience in multi-country/complex ERP environments

Additional Requirements:

  • Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Significant experience in IT/ERP roles (typically 10+ years)
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent English
