About the Role – Senior Manager, Partner Marketing
As Senior Manager, Partner Marketing, you’ll own and drive the global partner marketing strategy and execution, ensuring:
- Partner preference is cultivated at scale
- Co-marketing programs are actively leveraged
- SiteMinder’s ecosystem becomes a predictable, measurable revenue engine
This pivotal leadership role sits at an exciting inflection point as we:
- Launch SiteMinder’s new Partner Experience microsite
- Scale our Integrations Hub
- Embed a dual-engine partner marketing model into a fully integrated in-market team
You’ll lead a small, focused team of two direct reports and collaborate closely with Ecosystem, Field, and Enterprise Marketing teams to ensure partners are optimally enabled, activated, and contributing to pipeline growth globally.
This is a fixed-term maternity cover contract—an exceptional opportunity to step into a high-impact leadership role and leave your mark on how SiteMinder grows through its partner ecosystem.

What You Have
Experience
- Extensive experience in B2B marketing, with a strong background in senior partner marketing, channel marketing, or ecosystem marketing roles
- Proven track record in building and executing co-marketing programs that drive measurable pipeline and revenue through partners
- Experience leading small marketing teams, demonstrating talent development and successful delegation
- Demonstrated success in launching or scaling digital partner experiences (e.g., partner portal, microsite, or partner-facing content hubs)
- Background in SaaS, technology, or marketplace environments; hospitality technology experience is a strong advantage
Skills & Competencies
- Strong strategic marketing thinking, translating strategy into actionable plans and campaigns
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, able to influence and coordinate across Ecosystem, Sales, Field, and senior leadership without direct authority
- Data-driven decision-making, comfortable with pipeline metrics, MQL targets, and campaign ROI reporting
- Highly organised with strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple workstreams and competing priorities
- Confident communicator and presenter, representing Partner Marketing effectively at a leadership level
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce) preferred
What You Will Do
- Drive and guide the global partner marketing strategy, balancing Marketing TO Partners (enablement & preference) and Marketing WITH Partners (demand generation & revenue)
- Lead and develop the partner marketing team, translating strategy into:
- Quarterly plans
- Campaigns
- KPIs
- Measurable commercial outcomes
- Optimise partner prioritisation and investment across:
- Strategic partners
- Growth partners
- Long-tail partners (to maximise partner-sourced pipeline and revenue contribution)
- Align Ecosystem, Field, Sales, and Enterprise Marketing for global, partner-led growth
- Scale the WITH Partner demand engine through:
- Joint GTM campaigns
- Co-marketing frameworks
- Webinars
- ABM plays
- Regional activations with strategic partners
- Build the TO Partner strategy, including:
- Partner onboarding
- Enablement
- Tiering
- Communications
- Certifications
- Lifecycle programs
- Transform the partner program into a preference engine, strengthening:
- Partner advocacy
- Engagement
- Recommendations for SiteMinder
- Lead the GTM strategy and launch of:
- Partner Microsite
- Integrations Hub experience
- Partner landing pages
- Badging
- Content & discovery frameworks
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery across:
- Ecosystem
- Web
- Design
- Studio
- Product teams
- Ongoing optimisation & performance measurement
- Support the global in-market model, ensuring local activation with global strategy
- Align closely with Ecosystem, Sales, Field, and Enterprise Marketing, synchronising:
- Partner strategy
- Account planning
- Commercial execution
