The Opportunity: We are looking for someone with a strong track record in Private Client tax who is eager to contribute to our continued growth. You will be a key part of the team delivering exceptional client service and actively participating in business development by bringing innovative offerings to the market.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with your portfolio clients, identifying opportunities for new work. Expand your internal and external network to generate new business, focusing on allocated clients and targets. Contribute to the management of the local team, taking responsibility for coaching and developing team members. Cultivate strong relationships with Corporate Finance colleagues to provide joined up tax advice to shareholders undergoing transactions. Assess clients' personal tax positions, developing and researching innovative solutions to complex challenges. Project manage the delivery of tax advice and its subsequent implementation. Control the financial aspects of assignments through WIP management and billing.
Qualifications and Skills:

ACA, CA, CTA, ACCA or equivalent qualification with extensive personal tax knowledge and experience.
Experience and Background:
Excellent technical specialist knowledge and expertise across all Private Client advisory matters, including shareholder tax planning, transaction-based advice and advising on key tax reliefs (such as BADR and BPR). A strong commercial awareness that enables confident dialogue with business owners, complementing your technical knowledge. A proven track record of building long-term client relationships with high-ranking C-suite senior executives and shareholders, leading to advisory opportunities. A passion for delivering exceptional service, underpinned by the strength and depth of your client relationships. Demonstrated ability to sustain a high level of drive, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude that inspires the team. A strong team ethic, with the ability to foster growth within your immediate peer group and across the wider firm. A self-starter who proactively identifies and capitalises on market opportunities to develop new business.
