Role Overview
PURPOSE OF JOB
The role manages a portfolio of change initiatives, delivers automation led efficiencies, and partners with the Tax Compliance and Regulatory Reporting team to implement scalable, compliant solutions.
The role objectives are driving innovation, embedding best practices, and supporting complex regulatory and tax compliance requirements.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Lead and manage a portfolio of process improvement and automation initiatives, ensuring alignment with business priorities and regulatory requirements.
- Drive end-to-end process transformation, identifying efficiencies and delivering scalable automation solutions.
- Establish and promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence across the function.
- Develop and enable self-service automation capabilities, including governance frameworks and adoption tracking.
- Collaborate with business, IT, and senior stakeholders to design, implement, and embed technology-enabled solutions.
- Support the transformation of tax compliance and regulatory reporting processes through automation and technology adoption.
- Adhere to the JTC core values and expected behaviours.
- Any other duties as deemed necessary by Management.

Essential Requirements
- Experience in Financial Services, Big 4, or consulting-led transformation environments.
- Strong background in process optimisation, operating model design, and automation delivery.
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives or client-style engagements.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools (e.g. RPA, Power Platform, Alteryx, workflow tools).
- Understanding of tax and regulatory reporting frameworks.
- Strong stakeholder management, including senior business and IT leadership.
- Experience delivering in controlled, risk-aware environments.
