Role profile: This role leads the Enterprise Product-Led Tooling workstream, shaping and delivering the strategic tooling ecosystem that underpins LSEG’s Product-Led Transformation. The role is critical in establishing an integrated, enterprise-wide tooling capability spanning all enterprise systems, and supporting product lifecycle workflows across the end-to-end lifecycle in all divisions. You will drive cross-functional collaboration with Priority Areas, enterprise enablers, engineering, product management, finance, architecture and transformation leadership to implement a consistent, scalable, and effective tooling landscape. ROLE SUMMARY: The Senior Manager, Product-Led Tooling will be responsible for defining, delivering, and scaling the enterprise tooling ecosystem that supports end-to-end product workflows. You will shape MVP releases, standardise ways of working, manage integrations, govern product ways of working, and ensure enterprise onboarding of teams into the new tooling model. Success requires strong product mindset, technical depth, change leadership, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders across LSEG. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING: Lead the Enterprise Product-Led Tooling workstream, defining and evolving the future state tooling ecosystem. Own delivery of Tooling MVP iterations across enterprise tools such as Clarity, Planview, Jira, Confluence, Asana, Gitlab, Snowflake, Service Now, Service Cloud and others. Manage the enterprise work hierarchy and workflows in alignment with LSEG’s business and product hierarchies. Partner with Product-Led Transformation, Group Investment Management, Engineering, Operations and other Group functions to design workflows, governance and supporting processes. Lead onboarding waves across First Movers, Pilot Areas and other business units — stakeholder engagement, migration and adoption planning, training, organisational change management. Govern standards for backlog management, OKRs, roadmapping, funding workflows, reporting and integrated delivery metrics. Coordinate governance and cross-workstream forums (SteerCo, ExCo, design forums, technical deep dives) to ensure alignment and decision-making. Provide transparency of priorities, actions, risks, dependencies and progress for senior leadership. Manage vendor interactions including licensing, commercial approvals, implementation timelines and support model, partnering with Group functions as required. Ensure compliance with audit, security and data governance requirements. WHAT YOU'LL BRING: Essential Skills & Experience Extensive experience (8+ years) in product tooling, product operations, enterprise tooling transformation or product management. Deep knowledge of tooling platforms such as Jira Cloud, Clarity, Planview, GitLab, Snowflake, Asana or equivalents. Proven experience delivering large-scale tooling implementations across complex organisations. Strong understanding of end-to-end product lifecycle and associated workflows. Ability to define product hierarchies, configure product and delivery tooling, and implement integrations. Exceptional stakeholder management skills, including with senior leadership. Strong analytical, problem-solving and systems-thinking capabilities. Experience collaborating across engineering, finance, architecture, procurement and transformation teams. Ability to manage cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority. Desirable Skills Familiarity with Product-Led Transformation frameworks and maturity models. Experience designing or implementing enterprise metrics frameworks. Understanding of financial governance, investment planning and product funding models. Exposure to AI-driven tooling enhancements, automation and workflow optimisation.
