Amazon Devices & Services is seeking a marketing leader to drive Alexa brand strategy across EU5 (UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain) and MENA. This is an senior role with ownership of brand and marketing strategy across the Alexa and Echo portfolio, spanning advertising, co-marketing, social/influencer and measurement. The role leads a team of marketing managers and contractors across London, Munich and Milan, structured around three core disciplines: Brand & Country Marketing, Media & Measurement, and Social & Influencer.

You and your team will work closely with cross-functional partners across Amazon — including Product, Legal, PR, Channel Marketing, Lifecycle Engagement, Prime Marketing, Prime Video, and Amazon Music — to define, develop, and execute marketing strategies that drive awareness, consideration, and engagement with Alexa and Echo.

Key job responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of marketing managers and contractors across multiple European locations
  • Define and lead Alexa/Echo brand strategy across EU5 and MENA, including positioning the brand through the AI evolution represented by the launch of Alexa+
  • Develop and execute integrated full-funnel marketing campaigns spanning advertising, co-marketing, and always-on brand activity
  • Build and maintain cross-channel branding and messaging consistency across owned, earned, and paid touchpoints
  • Lead EU5 and MENA media strategy, planning, and buying for Alexa/Echo campaigns across all channels
  • Lead marketing measurement frameworks including marketing mix modelling (MMM), campaign ROI analysis, and effectiveness reporting

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience in tech, electronics, consumer goods, or other fast-paced, technology-driven businesses
  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
  • Experience using data and metrics to influence senior leadership and drive organizational change
  • Several years’ experience managing, developing and hiring high performing sales, product and/or marketing teams
  • Experience in product, advertising, or consumer marketing
  • Experience in content or brand marketing

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in inter-team working skills to develop partnership with partner, tech team and operating at leadership levels
  • Experience in consumer electronics or technology sector
  • Experience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of timezones and languages
  • Speak, write, and read fluently in French, Spanish, German or Italian
  • Experience marketing AI-driven products or services, or managing brand through product evolution
  • Experience with media strategy, planning, and buying across multiple channels
