Join KPMG's rapidly expanding Financial Services Corporate Tax team, where we empower exceptional talent to lead, innovate, and thrive within a dynamic, challenging, and highly supportive environment. This is a critical opportunity to be at the strategic forefront of financial services tax, shaping pioneering solutions for a diverse and prestigious client base.

Due to significant business growth, we are actively seeking a highly accomplished Senior Manager to join our specialized Financial Services Corporate Tax team, focusing on Product & Operational Taxes. You will lead engagements with an incredibly diverse and prestigious client portfolio across the entire financial services sector, including leading banks, custodians, brokers, asset managers, alternative investors, wealth and hedge asset managers, and global institutional investors like pension and sovereign wealth funds.

This presents unparalleled opportunities for rapid career acceleration and significant personal and professional growth within a thriving practice. You will spearhead highly complex and strategic work, contributing to cutting-edge tax developments, and collaborating directly with both iconic financial services firms and innovative new market entrants. Your expertise will be vital in directly influencing their growth strategies and operational efficiency.

Our diverse and collaborative team is strategically located across key financial hubs including London, Manchester, and Bristol. We've long championed hybrid and flexible working, recognizing the importance of work-life integration and individual needs. You will lead and mentor colleagues from varied professional backgrounds – from seasoned tax, legal, accounting, and regulatory experts to those bringing invaluable practical experience directly from industry. This rich blend of expertise fosters a dynamic learning and development environment. Regardless of your career path so far, we are committed to providing robust support, encouragement, and world-class training necessary for you to truly thrive and lead at KPMG.

Successful candidates will benefit from the flexibility to strategically integrate their expertise across our wider FS and Asset Management tax teams or to deep-dive and drive specialization in Product & Operational Taxes, aligning with your personal career aspirations and the firm's strategic objectives. We encourage an informal discussion to explore these pivotal opportunities further and discover how your leadership, skills, and ambitions can contribute to our team's continued success and innovation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
