Are you looking for an opportunity to influence the future of everyday banking?
As a Senior Manager within Current Accounts, you'll play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of one of the Society's most important product areas during a period of significant transformation. As we continue to simplify, integrate and grow our banking proposition, you'll help drive the decisions that will define the future current account experience for millions of members, ensuring the right outcomes for members, colleagues, and the Society.
Role Overview
Leading the Current Accounts Integration team, you'll be at the forefront of shaping how our current account proposition evolves. Bringing deep current account product expertise, you'll drive critical integration and migration decisions, influence senior stakeholders, and provide clear direction through complexity and change. You'll lead a team of product specialists and work collaboratively across the Society to ensure our future proposition delivers strong member outcomes, supports our long-term strategy, and achieves commercial success.

We're looking for an established leader who can hit the ground running, combining outstanding people leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and competing priorities. Flexible Working

- Working Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.
- Hybrid Working: Nationwide offers hybrid working wherever possible. More rewarding relationships are supported through our hybrid approach, bringing colleagues together across our UK wide estate, whilst also supporting generous access to home working. We value our time in the office to solve problems, to learn, and to feel connected.
- Location: You'll spend at least two days per week, or if part-time, 40% of your working time, based at either our Swindon or London office.
