We're partnering with a leading Martech & Ecommerce company that is transforming how some of the world's best-known consumer brands engage with their customers through intelligent, data-driven marketing technology. With an impressive client portfolio, continued international growth and a strong product offering, they're now looking to hire a Senior Manager, Professional Services to lead the successful delivery of complex enterprise implementations.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced implementation or technical delivery leader who enjoys remaining close to delivery while developing high-performing teams.
The Role
Reporting into senior leadership, you'll lead the delivery of a portfolio of enterprise implementation projects, ensuring clients are successfully onboarded and projects are delivered on time, within scope and to a consistently high standard.
This is a true player-coach position, combining hands-on technical delivery with leadership and mentoring responsibilities. You'll support a team of Implementation Managers, work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Design and Customer Success, and drive operational improvements that enhance delivery quality and scalability.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead complex enterprise implementation projects from kick-off through to launch and post-go-live.
- Coach and mentor Implementation Managers, driving best practice across delivery.
- Manage project timelines, dependencies, risks and resource planning across multiple concurrent implementations.
- Partner with Engineering, Product, QA and Customer Success to ensure seamless project execution.
- Coordinate globally distributed and offshore delivery teams to maximise efficiency and quality.
- Identify delivery risks early and proactively remove blockers to keep projects on track.
- Improve implementation processes, delivery frameworks and operational standards as the business continues to scale.
- Act as the senior escalation point for technical delivery challenges and complex client engagements.
About You
You'll bring a strong background in technical implementation, professional services or technical project delivery within a SaaS environment and enjoy balancing hands-on execution with leadership responsibilities.
You'll ideally have:
- 5+ years' experience in Technical Implementation, Professional Services, Technical Project Management or Programme Management.
- Experience leading complex, client-facing SaaS implementations.
- A track record of coaching implementation or project delivery teams.
- Strong stakeholder management skills across technical and commercial functions.
- Experience managing multiple enterprise projects simultaneously.
- Confidence working with distributed and offshore delivery teams.
- Excellent planning, prioritisation and resource management skills.
- Experience with Jira or similar project management tools.
- Exposure to marketing technology, APIs, integrations or customer data platforms would be advantageous.
