Senior Manager, Project Management - Amps
Marshall Group is the audio, tech, and design powerhouse uniting musicians and music lovers through genre-breaking innovation. Our flagship brand, Marshall, is uniquely positioned with over 60 years of rock 'n' roll attitude on stage, at home, and on the go. Our iconic products are brought to life by a dedicated team of 800 passionate employees and sold in over 90 markets worldwide.
The Role
Right now, we need to strengthen our R&D team in Milton Keynes with a Senior Manager, PM Amps who will take ownership of the project management function for Amps and build it into something that works consistently, at scale, and in step with the pace of our product development. We have talented project managers already in place, but the team needs a leader who can bring structure, tools, and focus so they can do their best work. If you get energy from building ways of working that actually stick, and you want to make that impact inside a brand that sounds like nothing else, this is the right role for you.
What You'll Do
- Lead and develop a team of project managers working across the Amps product portfolio, helping each of them grow while building the processes and tools that set the whole function up for success.
- Drive the operational rhythm of project delivery: reporting to leadership, managing escalations, aligning project budgets, and chairing product decision meetings.
- Work on the longer-term challenge of improving how the team plans and executes, developing more efficient ways of working with suppliers and across the business to shorten time to market.
- Carry a few projects of your own, keeping you close to the work and credible with the people around you.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
