Senior Manager Quality and Compliance ECT
Location: Dublin, Ireland
Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week, flexibility required
You will play a key role in shaping how quality is delivered across our European Control Tower operations. In this role, you ensure that our services are consistent, reliable, and aligned with both customer expectations and internal standards. Your work will directly impact how we move goods, data, and decisions globally — keeping supply chains running when it matters most. This is an opportunity to build and lead a scalable Quality & Compliance function within a growing, tech-enabled Control Tower environment.
What will you be doing?
- Define and lead the Quality & Compliance strategy across European Control Tower operations
- Establish governance frameworks, standards, and audit structures that ensure consistency and excellence
- Design and implement internal audit programmes, including transactional and process audits
- Own and develop the Quality Management System (QMS) and SOP governance
- Translate customer requirements into operational standards and ensure consistent execution
- Lead the end-to-end customer complaint process, including root cause analysis and resolution
- Identify trends from audits and operational data and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Act as a key quality partner for strategic customers, building trust and transparency
- Lead customer reviews, escalations, and quality discussions with professionalism and solution focus
- Collaborate closely with Operations, Commercial, and Product teams to embed quality culture
- Identify and mitigate risks while ensuring compliance with contractual obligations
- Build and scale a dedicated Quality team over time within ECT

About You
- Strong experience in Quality Management or Compliance within logistics or Control Tower environments
- Deep knowledge of SOP governance, audit frameworks, and Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- Proven experience in root cause analysis and continuous improvement methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Understanding of cloud-based or digital operational environments
- Ability to balance strategic development with hands-on execution
