About The Role

Join PwC's Financial Services Regulatory Insights team, where we help clients understand new regulatory developments and the impact of them. As a Senior Manager, you'll lead on retail banking conduct regulation, working on topics including the consumer duty, vulnerable customers, the wider consumer outcomes agenda and the emerging regulatory agenda impacting the retail banking sector. You'll work closely with senior clients, regulators and policymakers, while contributing to thought leadership on some of the most important issues facing the industry.

What Your Days Will Look Like

  • This role provides an opportunity to deliver insight to clients on the emerging regulatory agenda and contribute to industry discussions on key industry developments
  • Supporting clients to understand and respond to evolving regulatory and supervisory expectations
  • Acting as a subject matter expert on retail banking and conduct-related topics
  • Developing thought leadership, including publications and client insights
  • Engaging with stakeholders, including clients, regulators and industry bodies, to contribute to regulatory discussions

This Role Is For You If

  • Demonstrated understanding of regulatory and supervisory developments impacting retail banking
  • Experience interpreting regulatory changes into practical business implications
  • Knowledge of key regulatory themes such as consumer outcomes or conduct risk
  • Experience producing written analysis or insights for professional audiences
  • Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and communicate complex topics clearly
  • Experience contributing to client-facing or advisory work
