We are seeking a commercially driven Senior Manager, Retrofit Sales to lead growth within our retrofit and modernization business. This role goes beyond traditional project-based selling—redefining how we position, sell and deliver value-driven retrofit solutions, particularly within the marine and cruise segments. You will act as a strategic partner to customers, shaping long-term value propositions while leading cross-functional collaboration to secure and deliver complex opportunities. Key responsibilities Drive sustainable growth of the retrofit business by building and converting a strong sales pipeline Develop and execute innovative go-to-market strategies, commercial models and value propositions Engage senior stakeholders (including C-suite) to understand long-term business objectives and position solutions accordingly Lead consultative, value-based sales cycles, aligning proposals to customer KPIs (e.g. profitability, sustainability, efficiency) Negotiate and close complex, long-cycle deals with strategic customers Coordinate cross-functional teams during pre-sales to ensure feasibility, alignment and delivery readiness Build and maintain strong, trusted client relationships through regular engagement Identify new opportunities, markets and prospects to expand retrofit adoption Capture insights, maintain CRM accuracy, and translate data into clear, actionable plans Champion innovation by piloting new approaches and continuously refining strategies based on market feedback About you Proven track record in complex B2B sales, ideally within marine or industrial sectors Strong experience managing long-cycle opportunities and senior stakeholder engagement Demonstrated ability to negotiate, influence and close high-value deals Skilled at leading cross-functional teams without formal authority Experience shaping commercial strategy, solution offerings, or new business models Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into clear actions Confident working in a fast-moving, evolving environment What success looks like Growth in retrofit order intake and revenue Strong pipeline development and conversion rates Improved customer satisfaction and account engagement Sustainable margin performance and strategic account growth Why join us You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our retrofit business—working at the intersection of commercial strategy, customer value and innovation.
