The role
We are looking for a Senior Manager, Revenue Enablement (Maternity Leave Cover) to lead and scale the performance of our commercial organisation. In this role, you will guide a high-performing team, execute our global enablement roadmap, and act as a strategic partner to Sales and Revenue Operations leadership, helping us to grow faster and smarter.
What You Will Do...
- Lead and coach a team of Sales Enablement Partners to support all of Dojo’s sales channels; self-employed, direct, inside sales, and international markets.
- Execute the global enablement roadmap to drive measurable improvements in key business metrics and overall productivity.
- Leverage data and reporting to uncover performance gaps, designing and delivering focused enablement programs that address real business challenges.
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Operations to remove roadblocks and empower our sellers to move faster.
- Deliver scalable playbooks, toolkits, and enablement content that simplify complexity and accelerate deal closure.
- Oversee the continuous refinement and optimisation of key enablement platforms and sales technology (e.g., LMS, call-coaching, AI tools) to maximise performance.

What You Will Bring...
- A strong, demonstrable track record of success in a Sales, Revenue Enablement, or Revenue Operations leadership role.
- Proven ability to translate commercial strategy into effective field execution by designing and deploying enablement programs for GTM teams.
- A deep understanding of B2B sales processes, combined with a powerful analytical and commercial mindset.
- Experience leading and developing enablement teams with diverse focuses, such as onboarding, systems, and field enablement.
- Excellent collaboration and influencing skills, with experience working at the intersection of Sales, Revenue Operations, and Leadership.
- Hands-on experience selecting, deploying, and optimising revenue enablement platforms and sales technology (e.g., Salesforce, Gong).
