We’re reinventing payments.

In less than four years, Dojo disrupted the market to become the largest and most loved acquirer in the UK. Our payments infrastructure, purpose-built for in-person commerce, is game changing.

Now, over 150,000 customers across four countries choose to transact billions with us every year.

But we’re just getting started.

Our people are the driving force behind our success. They are our greatest investment and our ultimate competitive advantage. We hire exceptional people and give them the autonomy, trust, and ownership to thrive. The results take care of themselves.

The role

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Revenue Enablement (Maternity Leave Cover) to lead and scale the performance of our commercial organisation. In this role, you will guide a high-performing team, execute our global enablement roadmap, and act as a strategic partner to Sales and Revenue Operations leadership, helping us to grow faster and smarter.

What You Will Do...

  • Lead and coach a team of Sales Enablement Partners to support all of Dojo’s sales channels; self-employed, direct, inside sales, and international markets.
  • Execute the global enablement roadmap to drive measurable improvements in key business metrics and overall productivity.
  • Leverage data and reporting to uncover performance gaps, designing and delivering focused enablement programs that address real business challenges.
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Operations to remove roadblocks and empower our sellers to move faster.
  • Deliver scalable playbooks, toolkits, and enablement content that simplify complexity and accelerate deal closure.
  • Oversee the continuous refinement and optimisation of key enablement platforms and sales technology (e.g., LMS, call-coaching, AI tools) to maximise performance.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
